Yard Sale & Blood Drive

Good Shepherd Church will hold a Yard Sale on Friday, September 10 and Saturday, September 11, in the church fellowship hall. Doors will open to the public at 8:00 AM and will remain open until early afternoon on both dates.

If you have donations of items for the yard sale, please bring them with you to church on Sundays. We are also in need of volunteers to help place and price items for the sale. Set up will be on Wednesday, September 8 and Thursday, September 9. For more information, please see Mel or Margaret Aucoin.

On September 11 we will also be hosting the Blood Bank of Greater New Orleans. They will be available at our church for folks to donate blood. This is the time of year when the blood supply becomes very low and this has been made worse by the continued rise in hospitalizations due to the pandemic. PLEASE, if YOU or someone you know can be a donor, come to church on Saturday, September 11 between 9:00 AM & Noon and give life-giving gift of blood.
