Choir rehearsals will begin on Wednesday, September 6, at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary. This would be a great time for those who may have been considering using their gift of music to aid in the worship experience each Sunday. For more information, please see Rinda Coleman.
Our Wednesday night discipleship class just wrapped studying the Thirty Nine Articles of Religion and will begin working through the ACNA catechism in a few weeks.
Our class meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM and after a brief reset, we'll begin meeting again after Labor Day. If you would like to be a part of the catechism study, please let Fr. Randall know. The Good Shepherd Fellowship Hall is a blessing to the life of our church parish and to the larger community. In fact, each year, our fellowship hall rentals to parishioners and the community-at-large nets us a significant portion of our annual income. Our property manager, Mel Aucoin, has set up a Google calendar that shows when the fellowship hall is open and when it has events scheduled. The calendar can be accessed by scanning or clicking on the QR code below. Remember, rental rates for members of Good Shepherd Anglican Church include a discount on the cost of the rental. For more information, please see Mel Aucoin.
This week, our Monday night Bible study will host Bishop Andudu Elnail of Sudan. Bishop Andudu will be offering a talk in our sanctuary and this talk is open to all. Even if you don't normally attend our Monday night class, please join this week, August 21 at 6:30. A reception will follow with light refreshments.
The next meeting of the Good Shepherd Anglican Church Mothers' Prayer Group will be on Thursday, August 24 at 7:00 PM in the sanctuary. For more information, please see Gwen Martinez.
