Mother's Day

Sunday, May 12, 2019 was Mother’s Day. All of the ladies attending Good Shepherd Church’s 10:00 AM service were treated to a gift from Good Shepherd Church. On behalf of the GSC Christian Education Department, Mrs. Renée Graf handed out Ladies Devotional hand books to all of the ladies present.

However, the ladies of the church were surprised when just after Pastor Graf made the church announcements during the service, all of the attending members of the Good Shepherd Church Men’s Club got up and moved to the front of the church. Each of the Men’s Club members were given a handful of red carnation flowers. They then proceeded to hand out the carnations to all of the ladies seated in the church.

These red carnations were purchased by the Good Shepherd Church Men’s Club to show their appreciation and love for all of the ladies, wives and mothers of Good Shepherd Church.

All of the ladies seemed to enjoy and appreciated getting the red carnations.
