Choir Request

The annual Synod of the Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast will occur the first weekend in November, but this year it will be held online due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The Diocese is recruiting choir members from all local churches to participate in the virtual choir for the opening Holy Eucharist service. Each participant will download their music part (S, A, T, or B) and a music .mp3 file to practice their part. When they are ready, they will then have a recording made of them singing their individual part (while listening to the instrumental track through earbuds).

If you are a vocalist (whether you are a member of the GSC choir or not) and are interested in participating in the virtual choir by being recorded singing your part, please let our music director, Rinda Coleman know and arrangements will be made to have you receive your practice part and an appointment made to have you recorded.
